Robbery without Weapon | 4000 block of Walnut Street

Penn Police responded to a report of a robbery without weapon in the 4000 block of Walnut Street. Upon arrival, police discovered that a group of teenaged males had approached the complainant and demanded his jacket. The suspect is described as a teenaged Black male, 6’ tall, thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a surgical mask, accompanied by several other teenaged males.

They were last seen in the area of the 4000 block of Walnut Street.
