UPennAlert: Robbery without weapon in the 4000 block of Baltimore Ave. Increased police activity in the area. Police on scene, use caution, avoid the immediate area.

The suspect is described as a Black female approximately 40-45 years of age, 5’4″ to 5’7″ in height, wearing a blue short sleeve shirt and red sweat pants.

The suspect was last seen heading westbound on Woodland Walk.
