Annual CSA Clery Crime Form for 2024 Statistics

Clery CSA Reporting of 2024 Statistics (to be completed in January 2025)

This form is solely for the purpose of collecting data for statistical reporting required by the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act, as amended by the Higher Education Amendments of 1998.

You must submit this form in January 2025 to complete your Clery CSA requirement for calendar year 2024.
